Abstract:
This poster describes a study about optimal
control applied to competing
chemotherapeutic cell-kill strategies. We
use a generalised two-parameter model and
tools from dynamic programming to find the
optimal strategy which minimises the tumor
mass and the ammount of drug used during the
treatment.

Abstract: Albumin is a
protein that when is found in small
amounts in urine, is named
microalbuminura. This microalbuminura is a
kidney injury sensitive marker both in
mellitus diabetes patients and the ones
suffering from arterial hypertension. This
study is aimed to evaluate the diagnostic
performance of a standard urinary dipstick
test for measuring the albumin /
creatinine ratio (ACR) in the diabetic and
hypertension populations.
