NEW (22nd July): The organising committee will not secure accommodation for any further participants. Participants can, nevertheless, still register and submit an abstract for a poster presentation. Registration will close on August 15th.

NEW (28th June) : The Scientific Committee has already allocated all talk slots. Participants can, nevertheless, still register and submit an abstract for a poster presentation. The authors of the two best posters will be invited for two short talks (15 minutes) each at the end of the conference. We also inform that no more financial support is available from the organisation.

There will be a fee of 130 Euros (160 Euros after June 1st 2010) to be paid upon arrival. The meeting fee covers the lunches during the 4 conference days, conference dinner and social program.

Arrival and Departure:
The participants will be accommodated at the Hotel Tuela, which are located a few minutes' walk from the Department. Student accommodation might be available for younger participants at lower rates (approximately 15 Euros per night). The standard arrival date is Sunday, September 5 and the standard departure date is Friday, September 10.
