Poisson manifolds are generalizations of symplectic manifolds. We
will discuss the problem of obtaining a Poisson structure on the
quotient of a submanifold by a foliation, extending well-known results
of Marsden-Ratiu 1986. We will mention the super-geometric approach to
the problem.
In this talk we will see the main ingredients to construct an algorithm of resolution of singularities. In particular, we will construct a specific algorithm of resolution of singularities for binomial ideals in arbitrary characteristic.
