Atrial fibrillation is a very common cardiac arrhythmia that can be resolved by radio-frequency ablation. During catheterization, electrograms (EGM) can be obtained by locating electrodes in the cardiac walls and EGM statistical metrics of cardiac organization and synchronization may be useful to determine the desirable approach to ablation. In this work, EGM indices obtained with spectral, cross-correlation and wavefront analysis are discussed.
