Brief description of the research activities: 

Study of the accuracy of discretization methods for weakly singular integral equations. When multiple dimensional quadrature formula are needed for the discretization of the weakly singular integral equations, in projection methods with high computational complexity, the existing numerical methods in commercial codes need careful and controlled application.

The comparaison of methods for integral equations with weak singular kernels in terms of arithmetic complexity and accuracy led to the following publications:
