Biomedical Signal Toolkit (BSTk) includes general algorithms for biomedical signal processing, e.g., computation of EGM indices and multimodal analysis of cardiovascular variability. BSTk is assessed by the graphical user interface BioSigBrower (BSB) with a batch mode manager BSBm. BioSigBrowser visualizes signals, applies methods and produces results, while BSBm is focused on fast computation avoiding all graphical steps keeping the recovery of the final results.
